Return and Refund Policy

At The Whitte Shirt Society, each piece is created with intention. As part of our made-to-order model, all items are produced on a preorder basis, allowing us to prioritize quality, reduce waste, and deliver considered essentials.



Preorder Production Timeline


All orders are processed as preorders and require a production window of:


90 to 120 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)


By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this production timeline.


Once your order is completed, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.



Order Cancellation


Due to the nature of our made-to-order process:

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase only

• After 24 hours, all orders are considered final and locked into production



Returns & Exchanges


We maintain a strict no return policy for all preorder items.


However, we do allow exchanges under specific conditions:


Eligible for Exchange:

• Items received damaged or defective

• Incorrect item received


To request an exchange, you must:

• Contact us within 3 days of delivery

• Provide clear photos of the issue

• Ensure the item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition


If approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.



Non-Returnable Items


The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size selection

• Delays within the stated preorder timeline

• Minor variations in color due to screen display differences


We strongly recommend reviewing size guides and product details carefully before placing your order.



Refunds


All sales are final.


Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

• Your order cannot be fulfilled

• Your item is confirmed defective and cannot be replaced


If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.



Shipping Delays


While we aim to deliver within the stated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:

• Production volume

• Material sourcing

• Courier or logistics issues


By placing an order, you acknowledge that minor delays within or slightly beyond the preorder window may occur and do not qualify for refunds.
